All goods are handmade. We always try to do the best, but there will always some manual traces and may not always be perfect, please give careful consideration before you paste your order. - 货物出售后，不接受退货。
Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
关于色差 / About Color Difference
- 所有商品图片均为100%实物拍摄。
All items are authentic photos taken in kind, an absolute guarantee of 100% real in- Picture. - 由于个人电脑显示器的设置不同或光线等因素，我们无法保证您所看到的商品图片的颜色与实际商品的颜色完全一致，这是网购无法避免的色差问题，订购前请仔细考虑
Please note that colours on your screen are affected by monitor settings. The colour of the actual product may vary slightly from the photographs.
关于尺寸/About Size
- 每件商品我们都会给出尺寸。请您在下订前务必仔细查看对比。
All the actual size and measurement will be given, please read carefully before ordering.
(Please give way for 3cm-5cm difference on actual measurements.) - 购买后不能以因为大小不合适，款式不喜欢，款式不适合自己等理由做出投诉或退换货的依据。
关于付款/About Payment
- 我们接受Paypal及Maybank、RHB 、CIMB转账。
We accept Paypal and Bank transfer from Maybank, RHB, CIMB bank. - 在确认订单后，我们将提供银行户口资料。
Bank details will be given once we confirm your order. - 请在收到订单确认后的48小时内付款，若48小时内不付款且无特殊说明者，我们将取消交易，重新开放给其他顾客选购。
Payment should be made within 48 hours after order confirmation or order will be cancelled.
关于邮寄/About Shipment
- 所有的商品价格未包括邮费。
All price listed is in Malaysia Ringgit and not included postage charges.
For Malaysia Buyers
* All orders will ship via Pos Laju within 3-4 days.
West Malaysia - 1st 500gm RM5.00, Every Next 250gm +RM1
East Malaysia - 1st 500gm RM7.00, Every Next 250gm +RM1.50
- For International Buyers* Postage depending on item weight and size.* All items will ship from Malaysia via registered mail with tracking number.
* International shipment will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
* If you need to upgrade your shipping method to Express Mail, please notify us.
- 因为所有商品均为纯手工制作，我们须要1-3天的制作时间。
Please allow 1-3 days for production. - 每件商品发出前我们都会仔细检查和精心包装，确保没问题后才邮寄。
All items will be checked and packed carefully before sending out. - 商品在运送过程中所遭到的任何损坏或遺失，我们将不负责任，请您多多谅解。
We will not be responsible for any lost or damage caused during delivery.
